Curing UV Adhesives Just Got Easier

You may think of Chamfr for sourcing components like tubing, balloons and mandrels but did you know that we also have a wide assortment of unique products and tools as well? Our equipment, fixtures & tools section is home to catheter punch kits and will now include 4 versions of Machine Solutions MiniCure3D™ UV Adhesive Curing Systems.
 
The MiniCure3D system is a compact UV curing station perfect for adhering balloons, hubs, or other proximal end connectors to catheters. It leverages Vela Technologies’ patented curing chamber which surrounds your parts in a “bath” of UV light. The result is uniform, rapid exposure of the entirety of your part to the UV light. All surfaces are exposed simultaneously to the same controlled amount of UV energy, and that delivery of energy is monitored in real time. The outcome is unparalleled control over your curing process.

The MiniCure 3D system enables:

• Full 360° uniform adhesive or coating cure in as little as 5 seconds
• No rotation or repositioning of parts
• Product stays cool — uniformity means no overcuring
• Eliminates the need for frequent UV measurements
• Easy to clean — just wipe with water or alcohol

MINICURE ON CHAMFR:

3 MiniCure3D systems with 365, 385 or 405nm LEDS

• Each system comes with 6 integrated LED lights
• Select wavelength based on the UV adhesive you are using
• These models offer dose control for improved process controls

1 MiniCure3D system for use with various spot cure lamps

• Compatible with your existing UV system such as Omincure Spot Cure, American UV Spot Cure or Dymax BlueWave Spot Cure
• 3mm light guide housing OD

All systems come with blank bushing channels which can be modified to fit any geometry
