Product Description
Save time and money by reusing your mandrels. This machine will striaghten steel mandrels with or without a coating. Just press the green button, set the desired speed, and feed mandrels into the inlet. The machine pushes the mandrels through a two-plane roller straightener and pulls it out of the other side. The 020 and 030 variants feature belt feeders, for feeding smaller wires with gentle pressure. The 060 variant features the same CNC machined feeeder with dual urethane rollers that’s used in our wire straightener. This feeder offers more thrust for larger mandrel sizes.
