Molded orifices, filters & valves

Last month, we added filters & check valves to our site. This month, we’re expanding that offering as well as adding molded orifices with the addition of our newest seller Air Logic. They will start with 18 SKUs across these product offerings:

Molded Orifices
Molded orifices are the simplest method of flow control. Commonly called orifice restrictors, they work on the principle of flow restriction.

• 0.004″ – 0.040″ nominal orifice size
• 1/16″ straight port
• Polysulfone (PSU)

Intake Filters
Intake filters provide an entry path for liquid or gas into a system or device. This product can also be described as a dip tube filter, dip tube screen, filtered pickup, or bottle strainer.

• 105 – 150 um filters
• 0.0625″ – 0.125″ Tubing ID
• Straight and barbed fittings

Barbed In-line Air Filter
Barbed in-line filters protect sensitive devices from system contamination in a pneumatic or liquid circuit. Air Logic’s barbed in-line filters are low profile, lightweight and fit into the tightest design envelopes.

• 5um filter
• 0.0625″ Tubing ID
• Polysulfone (PSU)

Check Valves
Air Logic will offer miniature floating disk check valves, which are designed for sensitivity. These valves will prevent flow in one direction and facilitate flow in the opposite direction.

• 1/16″ Straight Ports in various materials
• 1 offered in Polysulfone (PSU) & Acetal
• 1 offered in Polypropylene (PP) & Silicone

Assortment Overview Kit
Includes 12 components ranging from flow controls, filters and check valves. Flow controls included are orifice restrictors, directional flow control and needle valves. The filters include barbed inline filters, threaded adaptor filters, intake filters and 10-32 threaded filters.
