These medical Mandrels are engineered for demanding catheter and medical device manufacturing processes. Featuring a diamond-drawn surface finish for superior lubricity and reduced friction during insertion and extraction, they are fabricated from high-purity 304 Stainless Steel for excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. With an ultra-fine 0.011-inch outer diameter and an extended 73-inch length, they are ideal for creating micro-lumens, reinforcing hypotubes, and supporting complex balloon catheter assemblies. Each bag contains 10 individually packaged mandrels to support high-volume production environments.
