FEP heat shrink tubing is an excellent option for high temperature heat shrinking operations that allows you to achieve the optimal reflow of your catheter assembly. Pebax heat shrink tubing remains on and integrates with the device, eliminating the cumbersome reflow process and reducing manufacturing yield loss. PET heat shrink tubing combines high strength with incredibly thin walls with high dielectric strength. Polyolefin heat shrink tubing has a low shrink temperature and offers exceptionally fast recovery on temperature-sensitive materials, and its compressive strength makes it ideal for electrical insulation and strain relief, potentially eliminating the need for adhesive.
