Pebax heat shrink is a flexible, thin, durable, and compatible material that gives you maximum adherence to polymers and metals. This Class VI material has a high shrink ratio at low shrink temperatures. Pebax heat shrink is meant to remain on the device which eliminates cumbersome removal and reflow processes. Try either Pebax 40D or 72D heat shrink which work well for applications that need a uniform outer jacket including catheter & guidewire fabrication and encapsulation.
