Product Description
This FEP heat shrink tubing is designed for precision medical applications, offering a 1.6:1 shrink ratio with a thin 0.010″ wall for a tight, low-profile fit. Its fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) material provides excellent reflow bonding capability, making it ideal for catheter insulation, delivery system components, or protective jacketing. The tubing maintains chemical resistance and thermal stability while conforming smoothly to complex geometries. Packaged in quantities of 10 per bag, this 67″ length tubing is available for fast delivery to support urgent medical device manufacturing needs. (Note: Unlike Pebax tubing, FEP does not remain permanently adhered post-shrink but excels in applications requiring clean bonding or temporary encapsulation.)
