What is MPP?

Medical Processing Panel (MPP) is a full-day MedTech conference designed to bring medical device professionals together for deeper technical insight, meaningful networking, and conversations around the technologies shaping medical device development and manufacturing. 

The agenda includes expert-led panels, MiniTec sessions, networking breaks, lunch, and a closing reception designed to help attendees connect with peers, suppliers, manufacturers, and industry leaders. 

Why attend?

MPP gives MedTech professionals the insight, connections, and momentum to move innovation forward. You’ll learn what’s changing in device processing and manufacturing, meet the right partners, and walk away with practical ideas you can apply right away.

Who should attend?

MPP is designed for the MedTech professionals closest to innovation and execution, including R&D and product development engineers, manufacturing and process engineers, materials and processing specialists, OEM teams, contract manufacturers/CDMOs, and specialized suppliers supporting processing, inspection, and manufacturing technologies.

What time should I arrive?

The breakfast for MPP East will begin at 7am and the conference officially begins at 8:15am. For the best experience, we recommend showing up at 7am to be able to take advantage of the complimentary full breakfast

What is included in registration?

Your registration includes access to the full-day conference, expert-led sessions, MiniTec sessions, networking opportunities, full breakfast, lunch, networking breaks, and the closing networking reception. 

Are meals included?

Yes. Full. breakfast, lunch, networking break refreshments, and the closing reception appetizers are included with your conference registration. 

Is the MPP reception included? 

Yes. The networking reception is included with your registration and will take place after the conference program ends. It is a great opportunity to continue conversations, meet other attendees, and connect with speakers, suppliers, and industry peers. 

How much does it cost to attend? 

Ticket pricing is listed in the registration section of the event page. Group discounts may be available for qualifying ticket quantities and will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible. 

Are group discounts available? 

Yes. Group discounts may be available for companies registering multiple attendees. Current discounts are shown in the registration section for four tickets or more and then ten tickets or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when eligible. 

Can I register onsite? 

We recommend registering in advance to secure your spot and make check-in as smooth as possible. Onsite registration may be limited based on event capacity. 

What is the refund or cancellation policy? 

All MPP ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for cancellations, schedule conflicts, travel changes, or no-shows. 

If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at your company at no additional cost. Please contact us at mpp@chamfr.com.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone outside my company?

MPP tickets may be transferred to another person at the same company. If you need to transfer a ticket outside your company, please contact mpp@chamfr.com and our team will review the request. Please provide the original attendee’s name and the new attendee’s name, title, company, and email address 

Can I register more than one person from my company? 

Yes. You can register multiple attendees during checkout. After selecting the ticket quantity, you will be able to enter attendee information for each person. 

Is parking available?

Yes, there is ample parking available at the Granite links Golf Course for no additional cost

What’s included with registration?

Included in the registration is 3 meals (a breakfast buffet, lunch, and network break snacks, and reception appetizers. You also have access to the conference for the whole day, with an agenda filled with great technical sessions and networking.

Is there a hotel block?

We unfortunately do not have a hotel block, but we do list several nearby hotels for your convenience in booking

What should I wear? 

Business casual attire is recommended. We also suggest dressing in layers for comfort throughout the day, as meeting room temperatures can vary. 

Is Wi-Fi available? 

Wi-Fi availability is managed by the venue. Please check with the registration desk or venue team when you arrive for access details. 

Are there age restrictions? 

MPP is a professional conference and is intended for attendees who are 18 years of age or older. Only attendees 21 years or older will be allowed to be served alcohol at the reception after the conference ends. 

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? 

We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs when shared in advance. Please include any dietary restrictions during registration or email mpp@chamfr.com before the event. 

Can you accommodate accessibility needs? 

If you have accessibility needs or require assistance to fully participate in the event, please contact mpp@chamfr.com as early as possible so our team can help coordinate with the venue.

The agenda, speakers, session times, sponsors, and event details are subject to change. We will keep the event page updated with the latest information as details are finalized.
