Product Description
This coil winder is designed for engineering and pilot production lines. It can be set up anywhere since it doesn’t require compressed air or special power. Just plug it into a standard wall socket and go! The tethered console features a color touch screen that is so intuitive, anyone can pick it up and use it. Up to 25 programs can be saved with up to 50 segments each. Program editing is lockable and proteced with a PIN. Winding speed can be adjusted in real-time, paused, slowly jogged forward or reverse, and resumed as needed. Spindle and carriage direction can be controlled by the user for maximum flexibility.
Synchronized spindles accept mandrels from 0.0 to 0.25″ in diameter and up to 200cm long. The sub-spindle provides fixed tension to the mandrel by means of an electric linear actuator.
The included digital microscope can be used to visualize the winding process and can be configured to record images or video.
