This FEP heat shrink tubing is designed for precision medical applications, offering a 1.6:1 shrink ratio for a secure, tight fit. With an expanded inner diameter of 0.093″ and a recovered ID of 0.056″, it features a thin 0.008″ wall thickness for flexibility without compromising durability. Ideal for reflow bonding, this tubing provides excellent insulation and component protection in catheter assemblies, delivery systems, and other medical devices. Unlike Pebax, FEP tubing bonds thermally but does not remain on the device post-shrink. Packaged individually in bags, this tubing is available for fast shipping, with delivery in 1-2 business days.
