Product Description
This 304V stainless steel flat wire is supplied in a fully annealed temper, with precise dimensions of .001″ x .003″ and a minimum tensile strength of 400 ksi. It is packaged as one set of 16 bobbins on Steeger 30mm carriers, each containing 5000 feet of wire for continuous braiding operations. Ideal for medical applications such as catheter reinforcement, stents, and guidewires, it also serves industrial uses in shielding and cable assemblies. The wire offers excellent fatigue resistance, high torque transmission, and kink resistance, with an oxide-free surface ensuring optimal braid performance.
