Product Description
The patented Blockwise Model GPJ is a 6-jaw radial compression mechanism that can radially compress marker bands, as well as electrical or mechanical ferrules as part of an assembly process. Work pieces can be easily formed into a hexagonal shape by actuating the 6 jaws with an air cylinder. Precise process control is possible with a mechanical closed-stop screw for diameter and an integrated air control system. Blockwise short crimpers cover a wide diameter range without tooling changes and provide a crimp with less flash.
