Product Description

This deflectable braided catheter shaft features a PTFE liner for low friction and a baby blue Pebax construction with variable PPI braiding (40 proximal, 50 transition, 65 distal) for controlled flexibility and torque response. The medical grade polymer tubing includes a 304 stainless steel flat wire braid for kink resistance and precise deflection in R&D applications. With a 10.36 French size and multi-durometer distal tip design, it supports prototyping of steerable catheter systems. The PTFE inner surface ensures smooth guidewire movement and fluid transfer, while the material selection offers chemical inertness and sterilization compatibility for OEM assembly testing.
