Product Description
This medical grade polymer tubing features a braided deflectable catheter shaft with variable PPI zones (65 distal, 50 transition, 40 proximal) for controlled flexibility during navigation. The PTFE inner liner ensures smooth fluid transfer while the 304 stainless steel flat wire braiding provides excellent torque response and kink resistance. Constructed from Pebax and Vestamid ML21 medical polymer materials, the baby blue shaft offers visual differentiation and consistent performance. The graduated flex zones with Pebax 55D tip allow precise deflection control ideal for prototyping and OEM catheter assemblies. This medical polymer tube ships individually packaged for immediate R&D use.
