This deflectable braided catheter shaft features a medical grade polymer construction with a PTFE liner for low friction and chemical inertness. The variable braid density (40 PPI proximal, 50 transition, 65 distal) provides progressive flexibility and precise control during navigation. Made from Pebax and Vestamid ML21 materials, it offers excellent kink resistance and torque response for complex medical device applications.
