Product Description
This FEP heat shrink tubing is designed for medical applications requiring precise thermal bonding and component protection. Thin yet durable, it features a 1.6:1 shrink ratio and low longitudinal shrinkage for tight, uniform fits. With a final recovered wall thickness of 0.012″ and a maximum recovered ID of 0.1055″, it provides reliable insulation and abrasion resistance for catheter shafts, guidewire coatings, and surgical instrument protection. Unlike PTFE, FEP shrinks at a lower temperature (212°F/100°C), making it easier to handle during assembly. Packaged in quantities of 5 per bag, this tubing is available for fast delivery, shipping in 1-2 business days.
